Acceptance of terms
By creating an account or using ReviewGap, you agree to these terms. If you're using ReviewGap on behalf of a business, you're confirming you have the authority to accept these terms for that business.
What ReviewGap does
ReviewGap reads publicly available Google reviews for your business and the competitors you choose to add, and uses AI to generate plain-English gap-analysis reports, delivered on the cadence for your plan.
Your account
You're responsible for keeping your account information accurate and your login secure. One account is intended for one business, unless you're on an agency plan managing multiple client businesses.
Subscriptions and billing
The free plan is free for as long as you use it, within its stated limits. Paid plans are billed on the cycle shown at signup. You can cancel or downgrade at any time – no contracts, no cancellation calls – and you'll keep access through the end of your current billing period.
Acceptable use
Use ReviewGap for legitimate business benchmarking – tracking your own business and businesses you have a genuine competitive interest in monitoring. Don't use the service to harass a business, misrepresent report data as something other than an AI-generated summary, or attempt to extract our underlying data or systems for a competing product.
Accuracy of reports
Reports are generated from third-party review data and AI synthesis. We work to keep them accurate and useful, but review data can be incomplete or change after a report is generated, and AI summaries can occasionally get details wrong. Use your own judgment alongside our reports when making business decisions.
Intellectual property
The ReviewGap product, branding, and report format are owned by us. The reports we generate for your account are yours to use for your business.
Termination
You can close your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, with notice where reasonably possible.
Disclaimer and liability
ReviewGap is provided “as is,” without warranties of any kind. To the extent permitted by law, we're not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of the service.
Changes to these terms
We'll notify you by email before any material change to these terms takes effect.
